Lori Sale has been a leader in breakthrough and innovative marketing, communications, branding, promotions and strategic alliances, spending the last 20 years in various marketing positions for highly recognized entertainment companies and agencies including Miramax Films, The Weinstein Company, International Creative Management (ICM), Paradigm, Marketing Mix and Loews Hotels.
In fall 2010, Sale partnered with select entertainment industry colleagues to form Artist & Brand Management™ (A&B), to continue to form powerful brand and talent alliances. Prior to the creation of this firm, Sale launched the Artist Marketing division at Paradigm Talent Agency in Los Angeles to lead the marketing, re-branding and sponsorship efforts across all platforms for Paradigm’s actors, musicians, producers across film, television and music. Prior to Paradigm, she created the Global Branded Entertainment division for International Creative Management (ICM), one of the top three Hollywood talent agencies, working with such artists as Beyoncé, Smokey Robinson, Angelica Huston, Christina Ricci, Chris Brown and more.
Sale also spent 7+ successful years working for Harvey Weinstein at both Miramax Films and The Weinstein Company, where she launched successful brands including Project Runway, the SPY kids franchise and lead the company in original, integrated and results-driven marketing, advertising, events, strategic brand alliances and product placement marketing initiatives. Sale is the former president of Marketing Mix, an agency specializing in entertainment marketing. She grew the agency to 40 full-time professionals, with offices in St. Louis, Los Angeles and New York. The agency handled nationwide accounts including Sony Pictures, Polygram, the various television and cable divisions of 20th Century Fox, CBS Network, ESPN, Disney Channel, Major League Baseball Properties, Discover Card and Gatorade.
Sale has a very unique background that includes an entrepreneurial and creative edge that has allowed her to align and extend top brands outside of traditional marketing while delivering profitable return on investment. She has leveraged partnerships amongst entertainment and brands through film, television, music, philanthropy, sports and celebrity-driven programs. She prides herself on being on the forefront of crafting enduring partnerships.
Many of the advertising and marketing campaigns driven by Sale have been lauded in the press as well as acknowledgement of her personal accomplishments within the industry. She has been recognized as one of the top 100 Women in Hollywood by industry publications including Variety and The Hollywood Reporter.
