Cierra Ramirez is an actress and singer who is best known for playing ‘Mariana Adams-Foster’ in the series THE FOSTERS and its spinoff series GOOD TROUBLE. In 2019, Cierra was nominated for a Teen Choice Award for Choice Drama Actress for her role.
She was born in Sugar Land, Texas, and went on to move to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Singing was what led Ramirez to acting and she made her television debut singing on SHOWTIME AT THE APOLLO. Since then, she has released an EP entitled, Discreet, and singles such as, “Faded”, “Bad Boys”, and “Liquid Courage (Love Me Better)”. She’s opened for artists such as, Earth, Wind & Fire, Ruben Studdard, and Chicago.
As an actor, other series that Ramirez has been in include, hit Disney series, THE SUITE LIFE OF ZACK & CODY, hit ABC teen drama THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER, and more. She’s also been in films ALL IN and GIRL IN PROGRESS.
As her role in THE FOSTERS enjoyed coding, she has also taken an interest in STEM education as well as caring for those in the foster system. Cierra currently resides in Los Angeles.
