Katie Lowes is best known for starring as ‘Quinn Perkins’ for the entire 7 seasons of the ABC hit series Scandal. Most recently Lowes portrayed ‘Rachel’ in Shonda Rhimes’ popular Netflix series Inventing Anna, starring alongside Anna Chlumsky, Julia Garner and Laverne Cox.
 
In Spring 2022, Katie made her return to network television in CBS’ half-hour comedy How We Roll. She starred opposite comedian Pete Holmes in the series based on professional bowler Tom Smallwood’s life. In 2022, Lowes starred in HULU’s original movie Merry Kiss Cam and lent her voice to Netflix’s animated film VIVO.
 
No stranger to animation, she also recorded voices for the Disney features: Frozen, Wreck It Ralph, Big Hero 6, Feast, and Zootopia. In 2018, Lowes made her Broadway debut singing and dancing as ‘Dawn’ in the Tony Nominated Musical Waitress with Katharine McPhee.
