stars in Netflix's My Life With The Walter Boys, known as the iconic ‘Donna Paulson’ on Suits
Sarah Rafferty is an Emmy-nominated actress best known for her starring role as the iconic Donna Paulson on the hit show SUITS. She is currently starring as Katherine Walter on the Netflix series MY LIFE WITH THE WALTER BOYS. Among her numerous TV credits, she has recently recurred on medical drama’s CHICAGO MED and GREY’S ANATOMY.
Sarah has worked at many American theatre companies including The Roundabout Theatre Company and Second Stage in New York, as well as The Old Globe, The Huntington Theatre Company, and Shakespeare and Co.
In addition to acting, Rafferty lends a hand to many causes dear to her heart. She is devoted to building awareness on the gender-based barriers that affect girls and women worldwide as an Ambassador for both WarChild and Plan Canada’s “Because I am Girl Campaign.” Sarah has traveled to Ghana with Plan to witness their work in the field.
For over a decade, Sarah has worked as an advocate for Alzheimer’s research, brain health and caregivers. As an ambassador for The Alzheimer's Association she has hosted several galas to benefit their support and research efforts. She has also joined Seth and Lauren Miller Rogen’s HFC as an ambassador to raise brain health awareness among the younger generation. She has advocated for Alzheimer’s on stages in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, and Jerusalem and recently met with U.S. Senators and the Second Gentleman in Washington, D.C.
Originally from the East Coast, Sarah received an MFA from the Yale School of Drama after graduating magna cum laude from Hamilton College with a double major in English and Theatre. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters.
