Tricia Helfer is an actress, model, producer, and philanthropist, best known for her Leo award-winning lead performance as the beautiful and deadly ‘Cylon Number Six' in the critically acclaimed SyFy series BATTLESTAR GALACTICA
 
Helfer began her career walking for top fashion shows, such as Christian Dior, Givenchy, and Dolce & Gabbana. She also appeared on the covers of Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, and Vogue, among others.
 
She has since developed her resume beyond the catwalk to include a diverse array of roles, highlighting her versatile and natural screen presence. Helfer later appeared in television series, including TRON: UPRISING (voice), KILLER WOMEN, SUITS, LUCIFER, TNT's DARK BLUE, Sony’s POWERS, SCENT OF THE MISSING, SyFy mini-series ASCENSION, and more recently Tricia worked on the Nathan Fillion/Alan Tudyk comedy project, CON MAN.

Tricia Helfer is currently filming a series regular role on Starz’ STEP UP. She can be seen in Annapurna’s FOX drama, BOMBSHELL, opposite Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman, John Lithgow and Margot Robbie. Tricia also recurs on SyFy’s VAN HELSING as the iconic ‘Dracula’.​
 
In addition to acting, Helfer is an extremely avid philanthropist. She has worked with the Humane Society of United States, Best Friends Animal Society, AmFAR, and co-founded the charity company ACTING OUTLAWS to help raise awareness for charities, organizations and events she supports.
